"IDIOTS! GOSH!!" - If you're looking for a character to make someone laugh out loud you'll definitely want to send them Napoleon. He is "friggin' sweet" and ready to bring down the house with "Numa Numa" dance skills - he does the exact dance steps! If you are nice and share your tots, he may even draw you a nice picture of a liger, bred for their skills in magic!
